I'm on the Board of Directors of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County (over 1,300+ members representing over 20,000 rental units!). 

If we adopt this mentality, then all OB/GYN doctors should be female and have children.

@Andrew C.I have the same questions about it as well.. for example, you now have say 5 leases that likely are all for different date ranges/terms and deposits etc. do you do all males or all females together - I'm assuming this depends on the state you're in?

To start with what I have to offer, I am a facilities director and project manager.

I'm the director of operations at Your Tax Team.

Once you have your directors and can clearly articulate your mission, you can create one relatively easily through LegalZoom.

I'm also in Chicago (like @Jonathan Klemm :), and am always looking to connect with more female RE investors, especially those who are actively doing, or aspiring to work on, fix & flips.

You don't want sketchy areas because you will get crappy tenants and smart females won't want to live there (too dangerous at night).
