I’ll admit the fear of failure and unknown holds me back regardless of goes many articles or reports I read or deals I look at.during this search hundreds and hundreds of ads come through for training/mentorship style groups.

@Chris KittleI was not directing it to you but many vendors push elaborate schemes and use fear tactics to sell some of these strategies.  

So my fear is, I would get someone all geared up to purchase a home and then the owner on the Deed would give me a hard time.

Going through my real estate journey I have learned a lot, I am 24, a veteran and a graduate from Temple University,I started with aspirations of investing on a property and making a quick flip.My problem lied with fear of failing, my capital and my savings.I decided I wanted to learn the real estate market and know the ins and outs before I would make a bold choice on buying my first real estate home.

That was my fear no easy type loan like a Heloc.

If not I fear you will be caught in a cash flow issue once you have a vacancy. 

It felt like everyone I found were self-serving, looking to line their own pockets, or not willing guide because of fear of competition.

We haven't discussed with him any of these issues for fear of his irrational responses.
