My questions is, if this is a scam why the fake updates and follow up calls????

I can think of some obvious cities where chip manufacturing plants are being constructed that will benefit from AI.Looking for a discussion on what cites or MSAs will benefit the most from the AI revolution and why?

They plant flowers, keep the yard nice, and I really enjoy them.

So, I have money in vacation communities, apartment complex's, mobile home parks and even a manufacturing plant.

If you are in a large metro area, it's a slam dunk.You can get semi-antique persian rugs on FB Marketplace for the same price you can get a cheap fake at Lowes. 

A fake and basically empty Facebook account (with a hotmail email attached to it) was planted to give itself some credability.

It’s surprising that fake reviews are allowed to remain unchecked on this platform.Question, If this post was a mistake, why is it left up to create confusion for potential investors?

The reviews were so stellar, almost thought that they were fake at first, but some of the reviews come from people that have more than one or two post.
