Not sure if it is a crime but something needs to be done. puffing is so common just shop for a MF with commercial brokers their flyers and attached proformas are all blue sky.. the best scenarios possible. the issue with Morris was gross misrepresentations of the risk of the asset class they touted.. like I have said it was a complete fabrication or he was more clueless than we thought .. then it was the fake renters the rehab monies stolen etc etc.
