It doesn't really feel like enough of a reason to expose ourselves to the risk of a costly potential litigation.

In some cases it's necessary but in this case I chops only a few walls to expose the brick and keep costs lower.

It's always up to investors/etc to decide their risk profile, but those who haven't been exposed to this stuff can't even know this is an exposure. 

Hey @Chi Lo - I actually have a video on my YouTube page about this (lookup ClosedByMo on YouTube).Regarding walls being damp and waterproofed, it means there needs to be waterproofing on the basement retainer walls (this is something you can do post-construction and the contractors would need to dig around the house exposing the basement/foundation to apply the waterproofing). 

That is just not realistic in this current market.So in my opinion it's important to expose yourself to a large number of deals, so you can develop an intuitive sense of what's reasonable and what's not (and quickly discard the ones that aren't).And it's true that there is no way to 100% protect from fraud (and not just in passive real estate investments but even in public stocks etc.).

Are they doing everything possible to expose properties to the broadest possible market?

My Question is, for these up sales how do you expose these packages to the guests, are they included in your listing or added to the base price, if a guest chooses a package do they pay for the reservation how they would normally through the booking platform then pay for the package separately?

That said, it is always great to be exposed to operators that others on the site may not have been exposed to.
