@Wynn Williams You could buy it subject to the existing mortgage, but I'm hearing about those due-on-sale clauses being exercised often now.I would structure it as a lease with an option to buy.

It is also a silly (and divisive) exercise to imagine states appreciating differently than others based on their voting results, or even states being red or blue because no state votes 100% one way or the other obviously.
