Is there a promise of some new chip plant?

I came back to Ohio and started working for a construction company, and have been there since. (2017) Currently I manage an asphalt plant for them in Columbus.I haven't done a ton of real estate investing, but have a strong understanding of construction, and project management. 

Amazon and Nike both have large plants in the northwestern part of the city and Memphis is also home to FedEx world headquarters.

You'll be planting oak trees to grow over time, not bamboo, and that is absolutely fine. :)

Columbus is known for its appreciation market, driven by major developments like the $20 billion Intel plant, Google's three data centers, and Amazon & Meta acquiring hundreds of acres of land.

I've never heard of an HOA that is not responsible for driveways that they laid and trees that they planted.
