I've been searching via Google for a while and haven't found any

I truly believe she had a medical condition and shouldn't even live in my house, should probably live in elderly housing or the like.

I don't see it as an issue but many still do, at least in my small town where the majority of renters are elderly people looking for low maintenance housing options.

My elderly grandfather owned a two-family home in the area, but over the years, the property had fallen into neglect.

The couple living there was elderly when I was growing up, and we recently found out that they passed away a couple years ago.

And people cheered it, until.....

There is likely more as this is just a few of the people who know about the group through word-of-mouth.I'm making this post to hopefully get it seen when people search his name, so they avoid working with him and getting scammed too.
