I make this sound effortless, but it most certainly wasn’t!

I flip houses and I would love to know if you would be interested in selling your house to me.I would pay all cash so I don't need financing, and thus it will be effortless and fast.

Meanwhile effortlessly putting an end to 19 years of tobacco smoke. 

I'll bet 99% would agree with rounding up as a no brainer, effortless way to avoid unintended delays.     

However, had this realtor contacted me in advance, I would have had the deal structured with Seller Credit to pay closing costs.The property was listed at approx. 600k, so there was over 20k in possible Seller Credit to pay buyer's closing costs, so I would have had the realtor make the offer as follows$594,000 sales price $20,000  >>> seller credit towards buyer's costs<<<$574,000  same net to seller+$200 for doc stamps & owners titleRealtors just don't understand how such an effortless structuring of a purchase with Seller Credit can make life so much easier for their client's ability to qualify for their best loan terms  

I I can't believe the responses I'm getting on this.Let's let's get something straight, this is my borrower and my referral to my rebate realtor partner.If if I have a loan program that  the borrower has not been able to find through shopping five other lenders and in addition, I can effortlessly save the borrower almost $50,000 in otherwise forfeited tax-free home  equity, worrying about my compensation from the lender is irrelevant.Again since this is my borrower referral of all things!!

Peace of mind and money.Like the poster said above, make it effortless for them to relocate to a different place including a financial incentive.That's the only way I would move from somewhere that I liked.

Alot of the gurus act like you can effortlessly rake in piles of cash, using their secret forlmulas :roll: but in reality it takes time and especially persistence to make it big.

The key to doing this and to effortlessly becoming a multi millionaire is to keep doing the same things you do each day.
