What is the editorial process for  biggerpockets?

Also consider that newspapers are more inclined to run letters about topics - news, editorials and opinion pieces - that have recently been covered by the paper.

I say over-reacted because upon re-reading for the third time I do agree that Annette was quoting reasons given in the editorial and not necessarily adopting them as her own.
