There are exceptions, of course (one extremely notable one), on both sides - however the real talent that builds value is by the numbers, somewhere else.I've had some anecdotal experience with very dysfunctional policing, and societal expectations that are not inclusive, and do not value a policy framework that fixes the below:Rampant non sustainable 'pockets' of extreme generational poverty, irreversible income and wealth disparities. 

Now it's about financial freedom and not working for other people at dysfunctional jobs.

For example, we were able to move into our home with the 203k work completed, and still have 4 dysfunctional sinks, 2 dysfunctional toilets, and zero appliances.

First of all it's hard to think of an organization more dysfunctional to do business with than HUD.

Though 3 bedrooms has more appeal in the market, if they are dysfunctional too small then there will be very little measurable affect to the value.

If supply and demand are not at equilibrium and margins are still thin, then you must have some sort of external force causing dysfunction.

It is amazing how such a well funded organization can be so dysfunctional.
