Where do you draw the line?

I have seen that larger units seem to draw longer stays vs smaller units.

What is your draw fee & benchmarks for the repairs portion of the borrowed money?

It was basically a construction draw every few months based on milestones.

I have a modest pension starting in 3 years as well as minor investments to draw on. 

Draw requests are processed in one business day or less.

None wanted to give me at least an estimate without architectural drawings, which I guess is understandable.

The renovation budget gets put in escrow and gets released in draws as the work is completed.

For example, I've been licensed for 7 years but I've never worked on houses, so I personally would not draw up plans for a house or "stamp" plans that someone else provided.
