These companies do NOT have their own money they all tie into Large hedgefund or insurance company LOC's that can change on a whim and you know sheeet flows down hill.

so basically a down hill spiral.. but right now I have to think on the legal side its manageable for him since only a fraction of the folks are suing him.. maybe 1 mil or 2 mil.. he makes a payment plan with each.. their lawyer advises they settle and off into the sunset he goes.. just think about all the contractors that screw folks then start up again  LOL.The real justice will only come if there are federal and state indictments.. 

This is because the laws in New York are very pro-tenant, so if not cautious, an investment can go downhill.

They don't connect with a lot of other platforms and their support has gone downhill big time.
