so basically a down hill spiral.. but right now I have to think on the legal side its manageable for him since only a fraction of the folks are suing him.. maybe 1 mil or 2 mil.. he makes a payment plan with each.. their lawyer advises they settle and off into the sunset he goes.. just think about all the contractors that screw folks then start up again LOL.The real justice will only come if there are federal and state indictments..

I have seen to many beginners do the sub to no equity transactions only to end up in a mess of trouble.. they rent the house out tenant does not pay and after a few months the investor runs out of cash to make the payments then it goes downhill from there.
