I find the whole situation disturbing.

Any decent lender should allow you to borrow against your airbnb, without disturbing the original 2% loan.Example: I have a 6 unit that had ~$500K in equity.

We will research occupancy rates, and report on outcomes.I am disgusted by the accusation, if true, made by this recent member, and while this is the most egregious situation to date, it's part of a disturbing pattern.

Two things were disturbing to me.

For non-primary residences, they have to follow all of the following rules to receive a permit: - the property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size (designed as a precaution to disturbances)- The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met - Adequate parking is provided - Defensible Space requirements are met - Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated - No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling As time goes on, they continue to become more strict on the rules listed above here, and are actively regulating it.

We require all the roommates to show up at one time to disturb the current residents as little as possible. 

New York City though, seems like a a total dump with no redeeming qualities. what a sheeeeet disturber you are too funny. 

They cannot disturb other tenants.
