.: I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with James' mentorship program, particularly regarding the conduct of one of his top students, Kristin Witherspoon.

I actually just finished reading his book and was surprisingly disappointed for a couple reasons.

I ended up starting off with an OOS investment here in Ohio because both the numbers & landlord laws made sense out here and I haven't been disappointed with my decision to do so.

Furthermore, it sounded like they were mad at us for using their name on our pitch deck to the broker when we thought that was the main reason we are signing up with them, to leverage their experience and credibility as a sponsor.We were super disappointed, but to make things worse I heard later that Ryan Woolley was telling other students that we didn’t have our act together and it was a bad deal.

If you compare it with growth from Stock investment you will be disappointed.

I am disappointed, but we just need to pivot, I guess! 

I have never been disappointed and have actually thought he pays an extreme amount of attention to my needs for the price he charges.

I'm sure the people who wanted the wild west of SIDRA type accounts will be probably disappointed with a new regime.
