This is what happens when you listen on these deals month after month after month and eventually it starts to digest much easier :DHey, I do now have a question on this part:Also if you're using conventional financing, you will need to wait at least 6 months from your purchase date to use a new appraised value for a new loan.How can I avoid this if I were to do this?
