My Borrower moved his company to Delaware making it an LLC there which makes me a bit worried that he might try something and try to get out of the loan by splitting the llc .

I'd say they chose colors that don't create any curb appeal at all...In this case the front sounds like it was cluttered, so the way to increase curb appeal was literally to de-clutter.
