Hey guys,  Im thinking of shifting my traditional checking/saving account and mortgage to a manulife one account which my broker has suggested so I can be ready to pounce on a house and properly conduct the yellow letter direct marketing offering cash when they want it. 

I opened individual interest-bearing savings accounts for each tenants security deposit.To be clear, are you opening a separate bank account for each security deposit?

For people reading this - I don’t know the sponsor and this is a general comment but if a sponsor had issues reporting to their customers that should be a giant red flag.

I know I work for the company, but I'm also an All In One Loan customer.

Some charge based on account value, others per transaction, and some use a combination of both.

Unless they can find 6 or 7 other customers who need the same.) maybe they could do that remotely.

Relay does have free wiring.We haven’t had any accounting done yet with our 1 Trident account for taxes.  

Unresponsive customer service leads to not reaching out to Obie again in the future for other rental acquisitions.

My current deal has been delayed for over 30 days because the Launch rep wasn't aware that you cannot wire money from an offshore account- by federal regulation, the money must season in a US bank account for 30 days.

If those don't work for you it is fairly easy to train a custom bot on their platform as well.
