I'm opposed to stealing from someone just because they aren't a citizen.4.

Every time I write a post trying to help new wholesalers, some ******* like you chimes in as if wholesalers are all crooked, morally corrupt, and out to screw over every seller the talk to.

He charged me $560 to do my taxes last year which I think is a steal compared to what he helps me save in taxes.

They'll steal your copper, hot water tanks, furnaces and electrical wiring.

Last year it seemed to work great and I picked up several properties for a steal. 

We don't believe they are stealing, but their negligence has cost us a lot of money.* Is this enough to file suit in small claims court? 

A couple of years ago, I worked with an investor who never updated the contact information for the loan and the Bank call the seller (ex-wife), that day she was mad at her ex-husband and told the bank her ex allowed someone to steal their property from them and they got no money, she was kicked out of her house and there were strange people living there.This could all have been avoided if the investor did this process correct.Get educated, also I do not know your attorney but not many attorneys have the knowledge to do this process correctly.

Also just look online and steal some ideas...I used to Google Luxury Kitchens and then figure out how to do the same for less $$.You'll be fine with your experience.
