I highly doubt Paces team does anything more than sell you his system.. no way they are vetting potential borrowers of small EM deposits  :)  many beginning wholesalers do wholesaling because they have no money or credit or credit is tarnished etc.. this is ultra high risk en devour to be loaning money like this to people you are meeting on line..

This is the reason I quit being a moderator because of something that went mildly off the rails in the forums, and then it was completely censored because I responded to staff in the forums after they mentioned me.I think the moderators do an amazing job and should be given more pay or credit or anything.

Those "good contractors" usually have the lines of credit or means to pay for supplies up front if they know they will be paid on time and are not desperate for a deposit to go get the supplies.

If they do not qualify because of poor credit or income issues compared to being self employed etc there are differences - but typically people don’t qualify due to poor credit and people will seller finance to these borrowers thinking they woke up at a holiday inn and got a finance degree when in reality they repeat their past mistakesRemember the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result
