Advice: Like others mentioned, I would launch as soon as possible despite business of the year.

Hello All,Getting ready to launch a new direct mail campaign.

I was talking to a lawyer friend of mine who was involved in a lawsuit where a guy was letting his friend try out his Tesla in “launch mode” in a residential neighborhood.  

I think it would be financial suicide to give up a 500k a year job that you know how to do and is secure to launch into thinking your going to replace it with rental income.. unless your sitting on 5 mil plus in  cash with no debt.

We are currently at a 100% IRS audit success rate since we launched the software in 2016. 

I’m about to launch a fund and start building new builds.
