If you cannot google and find a lender then there is most likely a reason why you cannot find a lender to do the loan.Finding a lender today is like finding a mcdonalds, they are all over the place.

I rarely answer any calls from new lender reps, unless the value proposition is something that is very useful to my business, and do not have already.

The flipper pays 12.5% interest to the lender, and I receive 10% of that.
