@Bruce Runn It was a nicely remodeled starter home in Como (with older mechanicals).

- there's a lot of farm land around there as well as Jefferson City (it's cheaper there) and of course if you're looking to get away from people and mid-sized cities there should be plenty of farm land in the smaller towns between Como and St.

@Ron McGriff I live near Stop 6/Como... there is a lot of gentrification happening and there’s even a new Marriott hotel about to be built within a mile.

I've heard interesting things about the Como area.
