We want copies of leases and spend hours combing through the intricate details; we want to know the seller’s  “motivation”, we want to know long term economic forecasts for the community, the state, the U.S.  

I'm fine with combing the market for deals, just trying to find a way to legally secure financing without a due on sale clause raining on my parade.

For the most part they don't want to write new business at all and they are all combing thru their books trying to non-renew anything they think may be an issue.

BUt I really should comb through the replies and add more wrong number tags in my contacts list. 

At the same time, have the washing machine plumbed correctly so you wont have to deal with this headache in the future.You should then go through that house with a fine tooth comb to see if there is any other issues you haven't noticed.

I started combing the internet, magazines and books for ideas.

So, you probably need to comb listings, via Pricelabs, and then use the properties you intend to be like for sake of establishing your expectations. 

I would certainly comb through your past email/communications with the agent and report the issue to both the insurance company and insurance commission. 

It's tough to find good deals but if you do enough combing you can find some.
