I hear he is awaiting his jail sentence for his fraudulent bankruptcy filing several years ago.  

Their owner is very aggressive and combative if you escalate any issues.

You can easily report them to the regulators if they do something fraudulent and can pay fines and/or have their license revoked. 

It is unfortunate, you can get an attorney/collection agent if it is truly fraudulent.

Probably some predatory or fraudulent activity here that should be investigated.

It MAY be fraudulent to offer to purchase a property you can’t afford to buy, but that’s a hard one to prove.  

It is sad that no enforcement can even go after their fraudulent business practices.

It became a place where my properties were listed fraudulently by others.
