@Chris KittleI was not directing it to you but many vendors push elaborate schemes and use fear tactics to sell some of these strategies.  

Sadly there’s a lot of bad actors out there peddling similar courses and schemes.

You have to prove you did everything right and then because of “empathy” for the poor snook who “fell into you schemes” you may lose anyway.This is a legally binding transaction that will be treated that way by the law.

I dont know anything about this company but it sure sounds like and advance fee scheme.

In the long scheme of things I truly want to help people and if that means giving people in S8 a place to stay I'm all for it. eventually I would like to aim on specifically helping out veterans that are in this situation.
