I paid for the subscription for a few months and drew my own custom Google maps areas and color coded them red/yellow/green based on a "grade" I felt came from a few metrics like crime/average household income/etcI also really like realtors dot com new maps, if you search for an address and click on the map and then go to the top left and choose the Value slider it will give you a nice color coded map of which areas of a neighborhood are higher valued.

The company cries the blues about having to inject money into maintaining the trees so they can make a profit.

It becomes their home and they can paint the walls any color they want.So, sometimes, it isn't just about the interest rate. 

It would be like if someone prepared to sell by painting to create fresh visual interest, but chose fuscia and lime green...those colors would certainly catch the eye but I'd never claim that they overdid the curb appeal by painting with too much visual interest.

Colors, quality of paint, how much prep needed, holes patches etc.

Class B properties are a solid middle-class mix of both white-collar and blue-collar tenants.

Most investors have rose-colored-glasses when it comes to their neighborhood quality.

For one, we use the same colors on all properties so it would have to be painted that color.

Akron is a very blue city and are not very landlord friendly - source of income protections, etc...
