They move there and live/work there.As for the other, mis-match, places, their economies collapse from a lack of workers/support staff.

I would be interested in a one year note that I can exit before it all collapses.  

Lets not forget SBF and the entire FTX collapse and the list certainly goes on.

@Kyle FitchReal estate, you can see feel touch, stocks are hypothitcal instruments thst you dont even own, see the 2008 Lehman Bros collapse, all the indovidual stock owners lost everything.

Bitcoin is a fraud and it will collapse.
