The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

I am considering purchasing empty lots priced roughly $10-15K below market value.My plan is to offer owner financing for the land.These lots have water, drainage, and electric connections available, and mobile homes are permitted.The area is experiencing significant development, with the lots surrounded by new single-family homes.I would really appreciate any advice, feedback, or suggestions.Thank you You want to purchase the land with owner financing or sell it that way?

Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?

@Alecia Loveless is correct--tenants need access 24/7 to their electric service panel, water and heat, assuming those are individual utilities for each unit.
