In Palm Beach it’s not about reaching the end goal; it’s, about cherishing the experiences we encounter along the path.

I'd rather fix broken properties and cherish what's already built.

Regardless of who owns the home it is still a tool to make money, not something to be loved and cherished.

Kids are only kids for so long and obviously that should be cherished, but running around the yard playing games doesn't teach much of a life lesson and we all spend way more time as adults.

Morally i feel it is the right thing to do and landlords cherish long term tenants such as these. 

@James Ma I do cherish the fact that I’m young but it bums me out that I dont know these basic things like finding out how to get money.
