Does anyone know of a group or angel investors who would invest up to 5M to fund a luxury 6 room micro resort in central coast wine country in California? 

Could put more pressure on 1c than just inventory or increase in permitting.

I know that interest on the acquisition loan can be included in the cost basis since it’s inventory.
