Most folks have their own TV apps these days - Netflix, Peacock, YouTubeTV, etc.   

Hi @Todd M.We use the Eufy Floodlight cameras and they work over WIFI/Record 24/7 and comes with an app to view on our phone. 

If the property manager uses a payment app integrated with the property management software to collect rent for the landlord, this is not gross income for the property manager.

As a new investor, your best bet is to start small with an app like DealMachine or Propstream so you have direct control of your options.

For example, the garage door must be remotely controlled so:The property manager can remotely open it to allow delivery and service people access.Access to the garage will be through an app on the tenant’s phone, no clickers or digital keypads to reprogram.

We plan to keep them on a month to month lease but after a few months, have them sign a year lease and increase rent, however, we need help finding a GOOD app/website to get lease agreements/documents from or get a template so we can fill/add certain things we want.

We over hauled our stuff in 2025 year, and got our tenants making payments via the app.
