You can also click on the little dots on the crime map and it will state what happened i.e. shots fired, trouble with subject, theft, vehicle stolen, burglary etc along with a date.Also, the boundaries of these maps are somewhat fluid.

Great job 809 credit score. 12 hits on criminal record the worst being battery with intent to cause physical harm (3 counts total) and Burglary of a Dwelling.

All the criminal activity in that neighborhood in the past 6 months consisted of larceny/burglary, with most of it not being on Ursula Avenue.

Imagine these scenarios...If there is a fire, smoke damage, water leak, toilet over flow, burglary, etc and the tenant's property is damaged - do you want them looking for you to pay for their stuff?

Boom they're in and never knew what happened to them until you show up telling them to get out....they're trespassing.You could also try burglary charge, but if the house was vacant that might be tough.

You can’t make this stuff up.We have an applicant who had the following 4 charges expunged from her record:-aggregated assault -burglary-criminal attempt - CRIMINAL HOMICIDE -conspiracy- aggravated assault Sounds like a model citizen, right?
