Any REGULAR monthly meetups you know of happening in Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse?

I've been looking in both Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY, but also looking at neighborhoods on the borders of these cities.

I know Buffalo, NY has some great properties at a great price.

That's just my $.02 but I'm sure others have been operating differently with success.As for neighborhoods, West Side, South Buffalo, Kaisertown, decent sections of Black Rock and Riverside, pockets of North Buffalo, maybe some sections of Cheektowaga are going to fall into those categories.

I'm in the Buffalo Grove area, northwest Chicago suburbs.

Perhaps someone on here that is in the Buffalo area can recommend someone they use.

Hi Chris, I'm a Torontonian who got started recently with a duplex in Buffalo.

PS Rochester and Buffalo were ground zero for much of this stuff also there were groups buying those homes for 10k packaging them up and selling them for 80k to investors from England. the city / state finally cracked down on that and there was some folks that got in trouble on the criminal side of it.. you can google it.. wont mention names but you can find it if you dig deep enoughBut this is nothing new.. buying hood rates for pennies and selling them for dollars to foreigners and unsuspecting out of state folks.
