When I do a seller financed deal, I'm looking at a pretty broad range of factors.

These two are most likely on the opposite end of the spectrum and rent to different clientele, but from a property manager standpoint, how do these two properties fare and how much work do you think would be in managing the 5 condos?

You have to think, if we do that and we get the call we are going to try to list for maximum value to the broad market as we have a fiduciary duty to do that. 

I am curious because that is a very broad statement and there are many variables to this - what is the IRA invested in?
