Tell them to take things off the walls, then take books off bookshelves, then place bubble wrap between plates, the lay the TV down before it falls over...sometimes people need to take responsibility for their own actions, requests, and personal items.

If anyone can make more of an argument for keeping things the way they are, I would like to hear it.On the other hand, by putting them all in one room:Simplify SecuritySimplify CleaningLess chance of all machines being busy when tenant wants themReduced number of units directly beside laundry room (Noise concern)All 'decorating' goes into one roomI'm sure there are others but you get the idea.As to what to do with the other rooms, I was playing around with the following idea; Turn one into a 'study' room / lounge with a few inexpensive chairs / tables, perhaps some bookshelves with paperbacks (You can literally buy them by the pound), some limited guest WiFi (I have internet at the building already).Open to other suggestions.Still looking for some actual numbers regarding Small/Mid-size (20-80 units) building machine utilization rates.

I remember during my college days we had tapestry over the entire ceiling, area rugs, dressers up against the wall, book shelves and milk crates of records and books, it's a real pain to do a thorough inspection.

You can clearly see the microwave was not broken and the bookshelves are not damaged and the Gold Angel book ends are there and now they are gone.I have pictures after they left of everything and the entire house be we traveled to Memphis and took videos and pictures of everything and that mad the PM irate.

The properties I go for tend to have awesome features like Art Deco style built-in bookshelves, hardwood floors which are very cheap to maintain and keep looking good, higher grade building materials, and overall better craftsmanship.
