👍💪Plus my first job as a teenager was delivering pizzas on my bicycle in Forest Hills Queens NY

You need to visit the market multiple times, shake hands, and drive/bicycle/walk the streets.

I am looking to diversify my exposure to other cities and I've got a tenant occupied single family home on the east side, on Center St near N Walter St intersection. 10 min bicycle ride to the Alamo.

I am not sure how much fight they can do in the court for cases like outside bicycle incidents but I think I will hire an actual attorney instead of relying on an insurance company’s lawyer if it ever happens haha.I just don’t like how STR insurances are talking like they are the only one who will cover everything.

Having a shed, garage, unfinished basement, or other spots for housemates to store their bicycles, skis, seasonal clothing, tools, etc., etc. will help reduce the clutter in the house.

Plus, there are plenty of golf cart rental places in my area, and in other parts of the Emerald Coast, bicycles are a big draw (but I don't have those at my properties either).

The area is known for not just it's skiing but also for mountain biking, an awesome year-long waterpark, and trail riding (ATVs/UTVs but also bicycles.

I just added a golf cart and bicycles at a faction of the cost in the Destin Florida area.

Hey guys, I am closing a property near one of the best bike trails in the country and this property has a huge *** abandoned garage.I see a serious potential for turning this garage into a bike shop and renting bicycles. 

I try to invest in areas that I can reach by bicycle lol.
