Although they will all talk about how they do things which of course is a benefit and why folks go.. but lots of very large egos as well. :)

The main issue is that to do the ADU you have to spend so much bringing other items up to code like electrical, plumbing, lighting (windows) and egress.

They see a renewal of the current business tax rates, regulation and permitting rules getting slashed, tax code being simplified, and federal deficits on a one-way ticket down the elevator (which are a longterm drag on economic productivity).Just look at the growth in tax code complexity over the last 20 years.

Because I'm not an accountant or versed in tax code and law wouldn't I want a CPA to ensure everything is legally tight and as advantageous as it can be?
