G'Day folks,I've been in this scared niche called "turnkey" since 2014.There are many battle stories and wounds to share but we are still chipping away lol3,000+ investor calls over the last 10 years and I feel that our beloved niche might be dead...

The team and the beloved Lonna look after deal coordination, rehabs and property management, etc...

My company has a departmental structure however all of our staff members' phone numbers and emails are on our website so people can get in touch with whoever is best suited to tackle a specific issue.

Life would have happened, the money would have gone somewhere else, and I wouldn't be loving the life I currently live in Real Estate.
