Any reasonable person who is npot a totl AH would not declare default in the payment of the lease from a bad check if the check was paid as demanded, never heard of a Nazzi judge doing anything to the contrary either.Where the shister stuff comes in is clear, the landlord wants the property back to relet the unit.It does not matter how old a tenant is, how sick they are, how many kids are barefoot, if their dog died or if the boa ate their cat, rent is due when it's due.

but I do have to say there are a few who can watch a video and fly a plane.. think of the barefoot bandit.. up here in the northwest.he broke into Cirrus aircraft ( of which I own one) and flew them.. and he took one from here NW all the way to florida I think.. and kind of crash landed in a swamp.. but he also took some I think from Friday Harbor ( one of my favorite 500 dollar hamburger runs).how the kid did not kill himself I will never know..
