TRA is temporary - and when/if the tenant gets cut off, they can't pay the rent.It's a bad rental market for sure.

@Sisiley Bao I was one of the people who suggested those areas which was related to someone who works in Plymouth which is on the west side of the Twin Cities.

I live in Connecticut but I will/am be traveling often to San Diego. Does anyone have any suggestions of any conferences, trainings or seminars that I should look into?
