Then once you have your goals articulated you can draw out a road map that will get you there in time.

As @Don Konipol pointed out, leverage increases risk, it doesn’t reduce it, so once again, Tardus has no fiduciary responsibility and if one of the investments they “suggest” blows up, it is the individual left holding the bag, so to speak.I am not a finance guru and while I cannot articulate as eloquently what Don was saying, I do understand it…primarily from real life experience. 

The issue in most instances is the inability to articulate the risks and how these structures will actually help and therein lies the issue and why most go over the top on asset protection expenditures.

Once you have your directors and can clearly articulate your mission, you can create one relatively easily through LegalZoom.

@Kishan Korsapati There should be a better articulated investment thesis than buying a home that is deemed to be in a safe area and cash flows.

Detroit has one the highest rent to price ratios in the country…and we focus on the best balance of price/location within the area.Here is a picture of my portfolio if you/anyone is curious.Woo, you are articulate.

Like replacing the doors/ locks, etc. and  its getting frustrating.Whenever I articulate my frustrations to my wife it causes friction within our relationship I want to get this house rented asap but I wanted to get a barometer to see if perhaps my expectations are a bit unrealistic , especially with consideration that no one could get in the house due to the fleas until recently.

Zillow doesn't tell the story I shared on the 19119 zip code but driving the neighborhood, walking properties,  observing the daily routines of those who live there and listening to residents articulate their wants and needs does.
