If things goes the way I anticipate, Austin will be probably my 3rd largest position in size but primary financial position. 

I would also try to anticipate their situation and needs and how you could facilitate their exit.

Commercial real estate is more likely to break and other changes with the new administration are likely to break things in ways that cannot be anticipated.

It seems we have started to round the corner at this particular property but it came with much more work than anticipated.
