I have done some research on this topic and it appears Alliant offers the best cash back card which was something like 3% in year 1 and 2% lifetime.I called them today and was not aware this could not be used as a business card card only on the consumer side.Between my 2 business we run just shy of a million through Chase business cards each year which we get about 1% back on.

Recently started using a card from Alliant credit union.

We are working with Alliant Credit Union on refis right now.  

If you can't find a local credit union to you that pays high interest, consider Alliant Credit Union, which anyone can join, and they pay 1.3% currently on savings. 

The Alliant CU savings account, where I also have money on deposit, offers a similar high rate and is NCUA insured.

Otherwise lots of people coming for university tours, conventions at Alliant, events at The Kohl Center and concert venues like the Sylvee. 

Hi,Has anyone use PenFed or Alliant CU for cash-out refi on single family investment property? 

I did an online search and found Alliant often ranked #1 for high APY on checking and savings accounts and low bank fees but according to their website, they do not offer business checking accounts.
