I think alleging fake it to you make it just hugely rampant in the MF syndication space..

They were a bit older than me and a smooth talker, and he knew everything about contracting... allegedly. .

I've even been discouraged while joining grant funded programs allegedly for "low income" buyers.

The insurer claimed the Complaint alleged matters which were excluded from coverage and therefore liability was denied.
