It's very SERIOUS.Onerent needs to be investigated by the Attorney General's office - they are putting entire communities at risk with their negligence.Exactly the same happened to me here in Oakland CA the tenants were 2 drug dealers n drug addicts no background checks were required, we spent over $20000 for evict them they never paid nothing at all.
