Non-passive to achieve this level of return.Add the addition of the ADU makes the main unit rent controlled if over 15 years old.the work to add an ADU likely exceeds the effort of a brrrr that can achieve infinite return  Experienced investors are adding multiple ADUs by leveraging items like bonus density, committing units to affordable housing, etc.  

I'm curious, to investors in NYC, where have you been able to find the most success?

I have an investor friend who is a very successful wholesaler in a market, (south FL), that is crawling with wholesalers.

Because, 98% of the time the student does not take into consideration if the tactic/technique/strategy being taught is a “fit” for the investors time available; interests; knowledge; experiences; abilities; likes; and ethics.Let’s assume that the strategy being taught really does work - to the extent that many people “applying” themselves can achieve financial success.  

It sounds like the reason you wanted to do this was to achieve Real Estate Professional Status. 

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of success, and I’m always excited to network, collaborate, and grow within the Orlando real estate community.
