Free accommodation is nice.  

We recently relocated from our primary residence to a rental property ourselves (we recently welcomed a baby, and our house no longer accommodated our evolving needs).

It also has enough sq. ft. to accommodate the additional unit without having to consider it an efficiency unit.But also agree, we'll just start simple with adding more living space / the duplex down, and keep things flexible for the future.  

The Exchange Accommodation Titleholder ("EAT"), often a sister company to the qualified intermediary, will form a single-member limited liability company and disregarded entity or ("SMLLC") to serve as the lessee.

I think in the future you'll see businesses supplying this type of accommodation for their workers. 

FHA rules require that a landlord allow an ESA if it is a reasonable accommodation.

SDIRA has been extremely accommodating in the setting of an eviction that occurred because the manager that they previously used neglected to tell them.

Their algo isn't sophisticated enough, yet, to accommodate natural disasters and inventory shortages so it's most likely responding to the incredible demand (and unaware of the legal implications).

It most likely won't help them in this case but let's face it - they're not big on resolving their own problems especially when you're accommodating them.The longer you allow them to live rent-free with no solution in place, the longer they will do just that.

Anyone have any good referrals for any of these sources that are geared toward or accommodate investors?
