How many bedrooms does the property have and in what zip code is it located?

For example, looking at the Scottsdale/Tempe border but on the Scottsdale zip code side might be a good fit for this. 

GLA is 1974sq ft, 3 bed 2 bath , blt in 1974, 0.33 acre lot, 85749 zip code just outside of Tucson, AZ city limits.  

So, it's still NOT a good idea to try to invest by zip codes - which are too big in our opinion/experience.

In what zip code are these located? 

Cosmo - I personally don't know Phoenix well, but if I had to do this in another city I would look at income levels, crime levels, and population growth (if you can) by zip code and/or area within a DMA as a starting point.

You will need to narrow down the zip code or street a little more based on where you decide to purchase, but this gives you a good start.

But this comes with pockets of C/D neighborhoods, and higher potential for headaches;  in addition, appreciation in these zips has probably maxed out for a while.
