Dave Del Dotto has a Winery across the street ( Atlas Peak Napa) from my home when I lived there.

I live out on Kuehne Rd and have Laurel Ridge winery on one side of me and Two Barns Vineyard that is owned by Domain serene   (probably butchered how you spell it) is above me.

My wife and I love visiting NoCal every year or two to explore wineries.

@Richard Chover,You're in a good area for it with the wineries and casino.

I am hoping someone educated can chime in on my specific situation.I am a high income earner, owning a construction business that specializes in wineries and luxury residential.

If you're thinking about renting out when you're not around, I'd advise using a short-term rental strategy, the numbers are strong and it's a lucrative market.The attractions there range from zip-lining, white-water rafting, and wineries, there's even more to discover, which is what's driving more traffic to the area and it has truly become a great destination spot. 

He eventually started his own syndications.There are many syndications that are reliable: Open Door Capital, Wellings Capital, Ashcroft Capital, etc.I recently invested in a winery/wedding venue.

Partner with a local winery or spa to cross promote and crate an experience that has you standing out in your market. 

Reminds me of owning a Winery in the Napa valley you make money when you sell a PM business.. you can actually do pretty good if you have a few thousand doors..
